Eggless Fudge Brownies

Brownies can be cakes or fudgy. They are a form of sheet cookie. They are typically eaten by hand, often accompanied by milk, served warm with ice cream , topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar and fudge. You can’t go wrong with it, it tastes delicious any way. Here is the basic eggless brownie recipes.
- 1 cup All purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt

- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F/ 180 degree C
- In a 4 cup capacity sauce pan, heat milk(do not boil). Add chocolate chips and let them sit there for 5 mins. Stir the chocolate in the milk until they melt completely. You can use your microwave for this step.
- Measure and add all the wet ingredients(condensed milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and oil) into the same sauce pan or use a different glass container. Mix well until salt and sugar dissolve completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda) together and mix well.
- Now, slowly add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk it well until a lump Free batter is formed. You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer to make the batter.
- Grease a 13*9 inch cake pan or lime it with a oven safe parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter in the pan and bake it for 20-25 mins.
- Insert a toothpick in the center of the brownie to check if it’s done.
- Allow the brownie to cool a bit then cut them into squares. Store the brownies in a air tight container up to three days, then refrigerate.
