4 ingredients Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles (Sugar-free)

As a serious dessert lover, I take major pride in welcoming the heat of summer with all types of frozen desserts. I like to make frozen desserts and these blueberry yogurt popsicles are the perfect desserts for the kids and adults. They can be made ahead of time and need not worry about preparing or assembling the dessert. They are in their own cute molds and it doesn’t have to be served in a separate dessert cup.



Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
1 cup yogurt(whole milk or Greek)
2 tbsp honey/ maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract




  • In a sauce pan, cook blueberries until soft and mushy. Mash half of the blueberries with the fork. Add honey. Let the blueberry sauce cool.


  • Mix the 3/4 of the blueberry sauce and yogurt In a bowl. Do mixture it completely, or else you will have the purple popsicle. Just swirl a toothpick around the yogurt and blueberry sauce to get the marble effect ( See Notes) I added a tsp of blueberry sauce in the mold from the remaining 1/4 part.  and then added the yogurt and sauce mixture.
