Mango Semolina Cake
My kids are loving this cake. I have been baking this cake very often. It is indeed very delicious. i bet you just cannot take your eyes off the cake. The color of the cake drives me crazy.
Ingredients:
1 cup and 1 teaspoon of Rawa/Sooji
1 cup Mango pulp
1/2 cup melted Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cardamom powder
1/4 cup nuts
Method
Mix all the wet ingredients.
Add sooji, cardamom powder, baking powder and nuts.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 25/30 minutes.
Check with a fork to see if properly baked.
