Seehi Sajgi (Rava sweet dish)

This is a karnataka sweet dish made of wheat rava and jaggery.

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat rawa
3/4 cup jaggery
1 cups water
1 tbsp clarified butter

Preparation:

1. In a wok, heat butter and roast rava for 10 mins approx and keep aside.
2. Boil water in the wok, add rava and jaggery to it.
3. Keep stirring till it becomes dry like upma.
Serve hot.

Sounds similar to kesari with a difference of using jaggery instead of sugar...nice one
