Plantain Bharta


Ingredients:

1 Plantain peeled and cubed
2 tbsp yogurt
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
1 pinch of Asafetida
1 tbsp oil
Salt
1 tsp Roasted peanut powder
1 stuffed dry chilli(menthe mensinkaayi)-optional

preparation:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, asafetida and dry chilli
2. Add plantain cubes n allow them to cook for a while
3. After they are cooked, keep aside
4. Once it cools down, add salt, groundnut powder n yogurt and mix well.
