Carrot Raita



ingredients:

1 cup grated carrot

2 tbsp coarse peanut powder (optional)
salt
1/2 cup yogurt

1 tsp oil
1/2 mustard seeds

preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix grated carrots/cucumber, salt, peanut powder and yogurt.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and pour it over the carrot raita.
It is a side dish for chapati or roti

Beautiful color, isn't it? I love it too. Peanut pd is new, I add it to cucumber kosumbari usually, I will try!:)
