Cilantro Mint Chutney | Green Chutney

This is a delicious Chutney used in various Indian Chat dishes like Vada Pav, Samosa Pav, Dahi Vada, Sev puri and Bhel puri. It is made of Cilantro and Mint leaves ground together with other flavorful ingredients. It is also called as Hari chutney where ‘hari’ means ‘green’.


Ingredients:

2 cups of chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup Mint leaves
1 green chili
1 tbsp lime juice
1 small garlic cloves
1 inch ginger 
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup dry shredded coconut

Grind all the above ingredients in a mixer or blender until smooth paste like consistency.
