Creamy Avocado Cilantro Spread
This is a delicious and creamy dip which can be made quickly using avocados and cilantro. This dip tastes like Cilantro Chutney but is more creamy. It can be served along with tortilla chips or as a savory spread for a savory mung bean cake.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cup cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
1 garlic clove
1 green chili
1 tbsp dried coconut
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or with a stick mixer. Serve this dip with tortilla chips.
