Chipotle Yogurt Dressing

This delicious dressing is low in fat and is an healthy alternative for salad dressing. It is made using yogurt and tweaked with few seasonings. It can be used for Quick Summer Salads or Coleslaw.



Ingredients: 1 cup thick plain dairy Yogurt
2 tsp Chipotle seasoning
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste(optional)
1 tsp Honey/Sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method:

Whisk yogurt well and add all other ingredients to it and whisk again until well combined. 



Notes:
  • Adding salt only if you need. Chipotle seasoning has salt in it. 
  • You may use Greek yogurt as an alternative.
