Picnic Corn Salad | Easy Corn Chaat | Vegan


I love the combination of flavors in this salad combined with the creamy avocado! Kids love this sweet and sour corn kernels and make them crave for more. It is truly appetizing, colorful and nutritious at the same time.

It can be made ahead of time or quickly made if you are running late. It can be served with hot sauce for a different variation.

Ingredients:  2 cups Fresh/ Canned corn kernels
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 avocado chopped (optional)
1 finely chopped green chili
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder


Method:
  • Drain the corn from the cans with the help of a sieve.
  • Add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado and green chili.






  • Add salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well and serve.
