Loaded Vegetarian Nachos
To make Nachos,we need a simple bean mixture, guacamole, nachos cheese sauce, Salsa and the main ingredient tortilla chips. If you want to make simple and quicker version of Nachos, please read my Notes below.
I add few other ingredients to enhance the flavor. It’s totally up to you to decide what you need and what you don’t depending on your taste. Here is the list of ingredients that you need to make this delicious recipe.
Ingredients for making Nachos:
- Bean mixture (See Instructions)
- 1 packet of yellow corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Nachos cheese sauce or Queso dip
- 1 cup medium spicy salsa
Instructions:
- For Bean mixture, add black beans, jalapeño,onion, green pepper, sweet corn kernels, avocados , tomato, cilantro, lime juice and salt and combine well. This is your bean mixture. You can add or skip any ingredients in this list.
- Lay the tortilla chips on the plate, and load it with the bean mixture, salsa, guacamole and the cheese dip. As simple as that.
Notes:
- You could use cheese as a topping and bake it in the oven until they cheese is melted.
- If you do not have time to make all the items in this post, you can still make nachos using few main ingredients: chips, onions, tomatoes, beans, cheese, salt and lime juice. Load all these ingredients on the chips, add cheese and bake it until it melts. It should take about 10 mins.
