3 Ingredients Cookies | Oats Banana Date Cookies

These are the easiest 3 ingredient cookies and can be made in just under 30 minutes. They are very delicious and can be eaten for breakfast or snacks. They are made using oats, bananas and dates without adding any sugar. They are naturally sweet and very healthy.
Ingredients:
2 large bananas2 cup Quick oats
1/3 cup Chopped Dates
1/3 cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
- Bake the oven at 350 F/180 C.
- In a mixing bowl, take two large bananas.
- Mash the bananas using a fork.
- Add oats. I used quick oats (Quaker 1-minute oats) for this recipe. If you use steel cut oats or overnight oats, it may take more time for the cookies to bake.
- Mix well to form a dough. It will a sticky dough.
- Add chopped dates and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips if you wish to. Skip if you don’t want.
- Mix well using a spatula or best if you use your hand.
- Divide the dough into 13-14 balls and lay them on a cookie sheet lined with a parchment paper. Flatten the cookies by gently pressing them.
- Bake the cookies for 15 mins or until the base turns slightly brown in color. Let the cookies cool down completely before storing them in the air tight container.
Notes:
You can add raisins or white Chocolate chips instead of semi dark chocolate chips.
