Easy and Quick Summer Salad

This is the simple salad which you can make with a very few available ingredients. Veggies are so good on their own that you don’t need to do much to make them into a delicious meal. This salad is not so fancy and doesn’t take too long to make. It can be made ahead of time and can be served cold. Summer salads are the perfect solution for the quick summer meal, they’re simple to toss together, healthy and they are delicious.
What other ingredients can I add?
There is no fixed rule when it comes to making salads. You can play around with whatever fruits and veggies you have on hand. Your can tweak the flavors by adding your favorite condiments too. You can use grated beets, carrots, baby spinach, feta cheese, cabbage. If you like fruits in your salad, feel free to add some berries and walnuts to it. You could use quick yogurt dressing for the salad. Whisk together yogurt, honey, salt, ground pepper and your yogurt dressing is ready!!

Ingredients:
1 cup grape tomatoes halved
3 avocados chopped
1/2 cup of Sweet onions chopped
1 cup cucumber chopped
1/2 cup corn ( Optional)
Dressing:
1 tbsp Honey/ agave nectar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Salt to taste
2 tsp Lime juice
